Psychedelic Assisted Therapy

A transformative approach to personal

growth and healing

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is an innovative and evidence-based approach that combines the therapeutic use of psychedelic substances—such as MDMA, ketamine, and psilocybin (magic mushrooms)—with structured psychotherapy to support individuals navigating life challenges, seeking personal transformation, and exploring deeper aspects of their inner experience. This emerging field of psychedelic medicine has gained significant attention from researchers, clinicians, and regulatory bodies, with groundbreaking clinical trials demonstrating remarkable outcomes and long-lasting benefits for people's wellbeing and quality of life. Unlike traditional approaches, psychedelic therapy works by facilitating profound psychological insights, emotional processing, expanded awareness, and neuroplasticity through carefully guided sessions conducted in safe, supportive environments. Organizations like MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) and Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research have pioneered research showing that psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy can catalyze meaningful shifts in perspective, relationship to self, and sense of connection—often after just one to three sessions—making it a promising option for individuals seeking alternatives to conventional approaches. I completed advanced training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy to help support individuals to prepare for, integrate, and make meaning of their psychedelic experiences. I may provide therapeutic guidance in the context of an ethical concern for harm reduction. I do not sell, procure, or provide psychedelics substances.
